Cancellation of registration of employers’ organisations resulting from the 2002 LRA amendments 2003 to 1 July 2015

Organisations are listed per year of cancellation.

Organisations marked “@@” have appealed against the decision of the Registrar and have obtained an interim court order suspending the decision of the Registrar. These organisations have rights of representation at the CCMA and bargaining councils
