National Disability Rights Awareness Month

The month of November is also known as National Disability Rights Awareness. According to Statistics SA, the population of people leaving with disability in South Africa is over 7,5% representing over 3 million. People leaving with disabilities in South Africa are often faced with different challenges but this morning we take a look at strides that have been made in the development of persons with disabilities. To elaborate more on this we were joined in studio by Dan Kekane from Disabled People South Africa
